I believe that clients have the ability to recognize dysfunctional patterns in their lives and, with a little help from the counselor, are able to set attainable goals to change those patterns into something more functional for their lives. I believe that motivation to change is a key component in what makes counseling successful for most people.

Fees:
-Individual sessions are $100 and are typically 50 minutes long. Longer sessions can be negotiated if necessary.
-I currently accept Blue Cross Blue Shield, United Healthcare, Magellan, Team Choice, Beacon Health Options, First Care, First Care Medicaid, Traditional Medicaid, Amerigroup Medicaid, and Superior Health Plan Medicaid.
